UK Delivery

  • Cost: £3.50

  • Timing: For all in-stock items, please allow 5-7 working days. Delivery times for custom orders will vary.

International Delivery [Excludes the EU and NI]

  • Cost: £15.00

  • Timing: For all in-stock items, please allow 7-14 working days. Delivery times may vary by location.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, so delivery times may fluctuate depending on their service. For in-stock items, we aim to ship twice a week to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Important for International Customers
Please note that import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient when the order arrives in your country. Occasionally, orders may be delayed in customs, which is beyond our control, though we work hard to ensure everything arrives promptly.

Shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland
The upcoming GPSR—General Product Safety Regulations—coming into effect on December 13th, 2024, means that we are not able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time. We will continue to review the situation and determine what options are open to us as a small business to hopefully reopen shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland in the future.

Returns

We really hope you’re happy with your purchase and that your piece will be with you on your adventures, If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, just let us know.

How to Return or Exchange
Please reach out to us at hello@tarnishandpearl.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and let us know if you’d prefer a return or an exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unworn condition and returned with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send you a confirmation email to confirm your return has been processed.

Refunds and Shipping Costs
We’ll issue a full refund for the item(s) (excluding delivery fees) within 10 days. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund items lost in transit.
